Our Hawaiian SunGuard waterproof roof coating, with its revolutionary Ceramic Titanium HeatShield, can waterproof and cool most roof surfaces. Our Full Fabric Renewable Roof may be the last roof you ever need. Simply topcoat every 7 to 15 years using only a fraction of the original materials. Say goodbye to old fashioned roofing forever!
By the way, you are about to save a substantial amount of money. To have a licensed roofing contractor in Hawaii tear off and replace your existing roof, with insulation, you can expect to pay between approx. $7 to $18 per square foot (SF). Then, after 10 to 15 years, you’ll have to tear it all off and do it all over again—at an even higher price! By installing Hawaiian SunGuard yourself, or with a handy person, you break the wasteful cycle of conventional roofing. Did you know that 7% of all garbage is old roofing material? Instead of paying to ship it on a barge to the Mainland to bury it, wouldn’t it make more sense to simply leave it in place and preserve it—for the lifetime of your structure.
You can choose to save money by rolling out our simple Reflectivity Coat to cool down your home and protect your roof from the sun’s UV damage, for about 94 cents a SF. This is especially good for roofs in fair condition that don’t have a lot of ponding water. Or, you can install our Full Fabric Renewable Roof, which can be a lifetime waterproofing system, with periodic maintenance, for about $1.96 a SF.
Let’s compare the costs for a typical 2,000 SF roof in Hawaii. A Reflectivity Coat will average about $1,880 plus tax. The Full Fabric Renewable Roof will average about $3,920 plus tax. A conventional roof, with insulation, will average between $14,000 to $36,000 plus tax. It’s no wonder that many of the largest businesses in Hawaii have switched over to Hawaiian SunGuard to save on roofing and A/C energy costs. Can we add your name to our growing list?
While there are some good waterproof roof coatings on the market today, we would like to humbly submit that our Hawaiian SunGuard should be placed at the very top tier of the quality pyramid. Do any other coating that you may be considering have these qualities?

Can your waterproof roof coating stand up to ponding water?
We took an oridinary cardboard shoebox, coated it with our full fabric reinforced HSG system, and then filled it with water in February 2006. It's still holding strong. Need proof? Visit out showroom at 35 Kainehe St. in Kailua and see for yourself. |
